I thought the X|Cold enclosure system was engineered for extremely hot environments. Why does it come standard with a 20 watt heating element?

 Why does the X|Cold model enclosure system come standard with insulation but your other model enclosure systems do not?Why does the X|Cold enclosure system have two thermoelectric cooling assemblies as opposed to just one?
